THE VALUE OF MAKING THE CASE

MAKING THE CASE provides a:

  • Framework for planning, understanding, communicating, documenting, measuring and evaluating your social change impact so the impact can be effectively communicated to donors, Boards of Directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Self-evaluation tool that is empowering to use.
  • Method to evaluate both programs and capacity-building grants.
  • Learning experience that helps build the skills and understanding of how to measure social change results.
  • Collection point for valuable information on network-wide trends in social change philanthropy.

NOTICE: MAKING THE CASE™ has been refreshed to incorporate many of the features and suggestions users have made over the last few years as well as to implement the new brand identity of the Women’s Funding Network. To facilitate implementing the update and new look, making the case will be offline June 16th and 17th.

MAKING THE CASE will be back online in its refreshed version on June 18th with all of your current evaluation data.

To assist us in this update, please notify the women’s fund that you are working with if you have an evaluation due in June or July.

If you have additional questions, contact Sherrie Prasad at sprasad@wfnet.org or Debbie Zamd at dzamd@wfnet.org or call (415) 441-0706.
