WELCOME TO THE SMART GROWTH QUICK QUIZ

The SMART GROWTH Lifecycle Model is based on six organizational life stages. Each organization is at an overall life stage at any moment in time. The SMART GROWTH Quick Quiz provides a fast, top-level assessment of your organization's overall life stage, as well as the life stage for each of 12 organizational capacities. The results will prepare you to do a deeper analysis, by helping you to understand how the organizational capacities relate to each other and which warrant more focus. The quiz is a positive and neutral tool for engaging board and staff while allowing them to appreciate their different perceptions about the organization and to work with these differences as plans to strengthen the foundation.
